Where is Emeril's Bistro 1396?
Located on deck 6 mid-ship, Emeril’s Bistro 1396 is hard to miss as its decor spans up into deck 7 with bold lighting that changes colors all day long. Seating for the ever-popular Alchemy Bar overlooks the intentionally gaudy, albeit smallish, eatery.
Can you buy wine at Emeril's?
Wine can be purchased by the glass or by the bottle, and they have both New Orleans beers and Carnival beers to choose from. We’ll probably have to get one of the NOLA ones next time we’re on the Mardi Gras and grabbing a meal at Emeril’s.
Is Emeril's Bistro open for breakfast?
Emeril’s Bistro is open for breakfast from 8 am to 10:30 am, and then reopens with the rest of the menu from noon until 10 pm. I liked that I could have breakfast later in the morning here and that it’s open later than some of the other dinner options. Sometimes there’s a comedy show you just can’t miss, you know?

Hi! Anyone know if this is a sit down/ waiter served restaurant or a restaurant kind of like Seafood Shack? It looks like it is in a main hall way in the French Quarter area. That leads me to believe it's not a normal restaurant.

Certainly still a prominent chef and noted restaurant owner. How he supplements earnings and whether does or does not is the non relevant items.

The steak house for example is a normal restaurant. I said one with waiters so this should be self explanatory.

Waiters was fairly easy to comprehend, normal was in question. I believe I replied to both points, how the food is served (which has nothing to do with It being normal or not). In any event, your question has been answered.

Looks like you order and have a seat like the Seafood Shack, with light up buzzer in hand. That's a bit disappointing for me.

What is the answer, There are chairs/tables all around Seafood Shack you order you're food and sit down. Bonan Sushi you sit down and order your food. So with Bistro do you order all your food and have a seat??
Dining Times
When you book your cruise, you will need to choose a dining time. This will be the time you are allowed to eat in the main dining room. If you miss your assigned dining time, you cannot join another dining time. You will need to eat at a specialty restaurant, or at the buffet.

What is on the menu at the fried chicken?
Three tempting crispy chicken sandwiches, chicken strips, and a fried chicken basket make up the menu, along with fries and sides like a jalapeno slaw or potato salad. Choose from white or dark meat — grilled chicken can be provided upon request.
Is there a chicken joint at Carnival?
