With Ernie’s Mexican Restaurant, each Mexican dish is prepared with the highest quality ingredients and care. There is absolutely no lard in any of our dishes.
Desayunos
Rib-eye steak cooked to order, served with refried beans and Mexican rice or French fries. Tortillas served upon request.
Lunch specials
Cheese enchilada, hard shell taco (beef, chicken, or potato), chile relleno, chicken or potato flauta, or a cheese enchilada ranchera. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans.
Kids menu
Kids menu (comes with Mexican rice and refried beans or French fries. Dine-in only.)
Ensaladas y sopas
Crispy iceberg lettuce topped with shredded cheese, black olives, tomatoes, and your choice of dressing.
Lunch and dinner combos
A grilled chicken breast filet, topped with salsa ranchera, a grilled jalape ñ o pepper, and served with your choice of flour or corn tortillas. Comes with Mexican rice and refried beans.
A la carte
Chicken, beef, or pork, wrapped in a corn tortilla, smothered in our red enchilada sauce (beef) or ranchera sauce (chicken, pork), topped with melted cheese, chopped green onion, and tomato.
