Fireside Chicken and Tacos is the creation of Adrian Pozhegu and Oscar Espinosa, opened December 9th of 2015. Although, Adrian and Oscar have years of experience in all aspects of the restaurant business, Fireside is their first venture into restaurant ownership together!
