Who owns Grizzly Grill?

Lynn was Chef and owner of Grizzly Grill for twenty years. She also opened a very successful catering and take-out business called Mountain Cuisine. Lynn recently sold her beloved restaurant to reconnect with the Plumas Forest and her passion for cooking.

Brooke Miller

In a culinary career that’s taken her to Alaska, Seattle and Sonoma County, Chef Brooke interprets classic dishes with the distinct styles and flavors she discovered in each locale. Prior to returning to her Lost Sierra roots and Nakoma in 2017, Chef Brooke operated a gluten-free bakery in the Pacific Northwest.
