Is Gumbeaux's a good place to eat?
Our family has dined at Gumbeaux's on many occasions and it is consistently an excellent cajun meal. The traditional cajun dishes (gumbo, shrimp creole, crawfish etouffee, etc.) are well-prepared and delicious. The seafood is fresh and perfectly prepared. Portions are large so plan on half... portions or plan to take something home.
What are entrees at Gumbeaux's?
Entrees were Gumbeaux's Fish Ponchartrain and Crawfish Etoufee. Portions were huge and the Ponchartrain was full of juicy crawfish, shrimp, and fish! Hubby was so full from his chowder that he took his entree to go! I won't have to cook for another day!

Is Gumbeaux worth the trip?

HOURS
Minors under age 21 are allowed to dine in Gumbeaux's when accompanied by an adult age 21 years or older. Minors are restricted to dining areas only and shall not be left unattended or unsupervised for any period of time. Minors shall not consume, nor be served, alcoholic beverages, nor allowed to sit at the bar.
