What happened to the Harborside Oakland dispensary?
In 2018, our Oakland dispensary made national news as the first retailer to make a legal sale of adult recreational cannabis. Today, the Harborside Oakland dispensary continues to be a flagship in the community.
What is Harborside Health Center?
It was originally established as a non-profit patient collective called Harborside Health Center. Harborside was the first medical cannabis dispensary to introduce lab testing in the early days of the industry.
What is the history of Harborside?
Founded in 2006, Harborside was the first cannabis dispensary in the nation to form a lab to test cannabis; first to support education for seniors, veterans, and families with severely ill children; first in the country to offer CBD-rich medicine; and the first to treat children with Dravet syndrome.
