What is the experience like at Highwater brewing?
We absolutely loved our first experience at Highwater Brewing taproom! The beer was top notch with a variety of flavors. Our flights were excellent with unique profiles on every single one. We both got delicious sandwiches that were high above standard tap room quality.

What is hop logic?
Hop Logic Imperial IPA is brewed for the true "hop head". The nose bursts with fresh hop aromas while the palate is balanced with just enough bitterness to linger without overwhelming the more subtle among the hops flavors. Formally defined as the depths in water beyond which less than one percent of sunlight penetrates. Aphotic is a beer with a very dark side. Just one sip and you will understand the true depths of its darkness as the deep, luxurious layers of malt rich-ness tantalize and tease your taste buds.
What is campfire stout?
Campfire Stout evokes fond memories of wilderness and camping adventures. Notes of chocolate and graham cracker topped with a hint of marshmallow will leave you wanting s’more. Like any campfire experience, this beer is best shared with a warm circle of family and friends. Our newest full production release, available year round. This beer was a blast to create and brew. We put over 4 lbs per bbl of Graham crackers in the mash, we used chocolate malt and to top it off added a natural toasted marshmallow flavor. Our number one selling beer!
What is the flavor of a late hop whirlpool?
Late Hop Whirlpool additions of El Dorado, Sabro and Lotus with a Dry Hopping of Sabro and Lotus. Light notes of tropical orange/citrus with an earthy coconut flavor in the finish.
How many taps are there in High Water Taproom?
The High Water Taproom, open since Summer 2019, is the home to an indoor tasting room with 36 taps and a full kitchen, a 5,000 square foot outdoor beer garden as well as our fermentors, barrel aging and packaging operation.
