Is duck on PB&J toast good?
It's essentially duck on a cherry PB&J toast. Which may not sound great, but trust me, it works. It's not too sweet, the cherry gives a nice tartness, and the peanuts give some nice crunch. The duck is also juicy and cooked perfectly with that nice pepper crust you expect from pastrami.
