Food: 3 out of 5 I've had way better Mexican food from South of Nick's in Laguna Beach and little hole in the wall places like Taco De Birria Los Carnales in Laguna Hills, and of course the authentic places in Santa Ana. Like I said from my original review, you come to Javier's for the beautiful views of Crystal Cove and their grandiose decor.
