Jericho Terrace is a beautiful venue with a decent staff & great food. The value is amazing for what you get & the location is ideal. Both of us are both large event planners, so having our wedding here would help minimize planning needed.

Alas, Jericho Terrace is just a wedding factory that pushes out as many parties as possible, especially now. Not a bad thing, but everything is cookie cutter & handled the same.

12oz portion grilled and served over a burgundy madeira wine reduction

Flour dusted and lightly breaded jumbo shrimp pan sautéed and served over a lemon butter sauce with capers, red pepper and Italian parsley
Stuffed Eggplant Parmigiana
Diced eggplant with caramelized onions and garlic, sundried tomato, roasted peppers with ricotta cheese and basil, placed into a breaded eggplant cup. Topped with fresh mozzarella, parmigiana cheese and a light tomato sauce.

Acorn squash oven roasted and bursting with quinoa primavera drizzled with a sweet balsamic reduction plated with seasonal vegetables sautéed with extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs.

Elaborate Wine & Sangria Bar
A station dedicated to the art of fine dining. A selection of 6 different types of wine including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chianti, Shiraz, Pinot Grigio & Chardonnay. We also will have a seasonal blend of both of our red and white house-made Sangria. White wine to be displayed in a hand-carved wine rack made of ice.
