Jose's Mexican Restaurant
Featuring healthy Mexican food cooked to order from scratch. All of our dishes are natural and low in fat. We use cholesterol-free soybean oil and all-white meat chicken.
APPETIZERS
1. COCKTAIL DE CAMARONES/ CUP 6.95 or LARGE 10.95 A delicious cold soup that consists of shrimp, chopped cilantro, onions, avocado, lemon and orange juice.
FAJITAS
Two flour tortillas with grilled onions. and bell peppers in our own special sauce. Homemade rice and beans on the side.
BURRITOS
Served in a large flour tortilla with rice, beans, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions. Served with a side of guacamole and sour cream.
ENCHILADAS
21. 2 SOFT CORN TORTILLAS 11.95 Rolled with choice of chicken, steak or vegetables, finished with our own (heavy mole sauce) or special red sauce and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sour cream. Served with homemade rice and beans.
CHIMICHANGAS
22. TWO FLOUR TORTILLAS 12.95 A choice of chicken, steak or vegetables deep-fried to a crispy golden brown and smothered with melted Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sour cream. Served with homemade rice and beans.
