What kind of food do we serve at kabobs?

How do you know if kabobs are cooked properly?
Usually the kabobs were always warm and seasoned perfect. Beef and pork kabobs were over cooked. Very dry hard to chew and swallow. Good salad potatoes and pilaf. Beef and pork kabobs were over cooked.

Iceberg and romaine lettuce served with tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, and onions.
Sandwiches
Charbroiled chicken tenders served in a pita pocket with onions, tomatoes, parsley, pickles, and cucumber sauce.
