What's your gripe with Kanishka?
My only gripe is that the naan portions are noticeably smaller than other Indian restaurants I've been to... they're very generous with the complimentary rice though. Kanishka came recommended from a good friend. We came by for dinner. There wasn't really anybody in the dining area, so we were seated quickly. We were provided bottled water.

Is the starter at the mash good?
Starters were excellent but mains disappointing, particularly the mash with the lamb which was grey and tasteless - didn’t add anything at all. Service was great.
Did the second visit to the restaurant disappoint?
Second visit to the restaurant it did not disappoint. Lovely staff and terrific food. I treated my niece to lunch and she loved it as well.
