Kurry made with bamboo shoots, onions, peppers, mushrooms and baby corn sauted in coconut milk. Chef's special recipe of mixed vegetables served in slow cooked soup flavored with aromatic sauces. Fried chicken sauted with hot chilli paste, ginger and spring onions and served in tangy soy sauce.
