The Restaurant
We converted the old village shop on the village square of El Castillo into Restaurante Azul starting in 2000.

Im Jahr 2000 haben wir den alten Dorfladen an der Plaza von El Castillo renoviert und unser Restaurante Azul geöffnet. Wir haben versucht, so viel wie möglich von dem alten Stil zu behalten, das kanarische Gefühl mit einem modernen und warmen Empfang zu verbinden. Das Dach, die Türen und Fenster und die Tischen sind aus die ursprünglichem Tea Holz.

El Restaurante Azul es la antigua tienda en la Plaza de El Castillo. Hemos reformado en el año 2000. Hemos tratado de mantener la mayor parte del estilo antiguo para dar una sensación tradicional Canaria al restaurante.
Our Menu
We change our menu regularly depending on the season, the availability of ingredients and the ingenuity of the chef as everything is home made with ingredients mostly from the island. Our starters include plates like homemade pates, anti-pasti, tuna tartar … and of course salads and soups. On our main course menu we always have steaks and lamb, and usually duck and rabbit.
