History

Las Palapas was established in 1981, in San Antonio, Texas when founder Ron Acosta opened his first restaurant. The Acosta family kept running the restaurant a family affair when his four children joined him in the family business.

Review

The most important thing to the Acosta’s is family, and that is evident with how they run their establishment. Their restaurants, no matter which one you visit, will treat you like family.

Entrees

Noppakao stir-fries are cooked quickly over high heat in fresh canola oil seasoned with seared garlic.

Curries

Your choice of meat or tofu is gently simmered in curry pastes made from curry spices, chili pepper, and coconut milk.

Appetizers

A selection of Thai specialties meant to be shared and savored before or during your meal, many come with dipping sauces.
