Laurel Hardware is somewhat of a hidden gem in West Hollywood but well-known to locals as a classy haunt. While it may appear to be a hardware store on the outside, on the inside there is a beautiful industrial-style atmosphere and an even better outdoor patio filled with lounge areas and fairy lights.
What is the hazelnut torte at Laurel like?
The hazelnut torte was dry and crumbly and not sweet at all and the drinks were subpar at best. The poor staff were running around everywhere and were so sweettt but there just wasn't enough of them... My cousin was visiting and she suggested Laurel as a meetup spot for dinner.
Can We have a restaurant disguised as a hardware store?
Such a fun idea to have a restaurant disguised as a hardware store although they could have incorporated the hardware/tools idea into the actual design of the place better in my opinion.
