BURRITOS
A GIGANTIC burrito filled with your choice of grilled meats, grilled onions, refried beans, Mexican rice, topped with queso dip, lettuce, pico de gallo and sour cream. Texas (all meats combined), Grilled Shrimp, Grilled Chicken or Grilled Steak
QUESADILLAS & ENCHILADAS
Lo-carb tortilla filled with your favorite trio of grilled shrimp, chicken and steak, along with melted shredded cheese, served with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo.
ESPECIALIDADES
All fajitas below are grilled with sliced tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers, served with Mexican rice, refried beans, three (3) flour tortillas and a side salad with guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream.
COMBINACIONES
Each combination plate is served with your choice of two (2) sides. Burritos, tacos, tostadas and enchiladas are filled with ground beef by default. You may substitute shredded chicken, refried beans or shredded cheese by request, or “authentic” barbacoa or carnitas as your filling.
TACOS
Double stacked soft corn tortillas filled with your choice of carne asada, barbacoa or carnitas, topped with pico de gallo.
DESSERTS & MORE
A giant scoop of vanilla ice cream covered in corn flakes and golden fried, gently placed into a small, flour tortilla shell, then finally topped with whipped cream, cinnamon, light chocolate syrup and a cherry.
