Meze Side Orders

Crushed wheat, parsley, tomato and green onions seasoned with lemon juice and olive oil.

Entrées

A mixture of lentils, rice and onion. Seasoned and cooked with olive oil. Topped with slices of fried onion and served with Mediterranean Salad.

Seafood

All selections seasoned with herbs, garlic and natural lemon juice. Served with tahini sauce (tarator). Pan fried.

Desserts

A Middle Eastern delicacy. Layers of very thin dough stuffed with walnuts, pistachios, and pine nuts.
