This coffee house is good, but it definitely didn't live up to its hype. The coffee itself tasted good, and the specialty coffees contained the traditional cream and flavored-syrup expected of flavored coffees. I had a minty iced coffee, and my husband had the Oreo frappe, both of which were good...but not outstanding.

MaryLou’s is a coffee and sandwich shop located on the corner of Broad Street and Waxahachie Street in Downtown Historic Mansfield.
