You can’t get much fresher than the vegetables, fruits, and herbs that are grown in the Bowdoin Organic Garden and offered seasonally, or local produce available throughout the year. We bake most of our desserts, muffins, and breads in our own bake shop, and ensure that only the best ingredients are being used.

Thinly sliced roast beef, provolone, caramelized onions and horseradish mayo on a garlic butter toasted sourdough baguette. Served with Au Jus.

Seared flank steak, sauteed cremini mushrooms, swiss cheese, arugula and garlic aioli on a toasted ciabatta roll.
