What kind of food does mi Sant special have?
Ordered a Mi-Sant Special banh mi, a bulgogi banh mi, a taro coconut croissant, an ube (purple yam) croissant, and a long baguette. Requested that the two banh mi sandwiches be cut in half and wrapped as half-and-half orders.
Does mi Saint serve bahn mi?
I've been to the original Mi Saint location but loved this location! The natural sunlight and spacious dining area was the selling point. I stopped here for breakfast and they were already serving the bahn mi sandwiches and bowls! I went with the bbq pork bowl which was quite delicious and followed up with the croissants.
What is Mimi-Sant?
Mi-Sant is a drive-through Vietnamese cafe serving banh mi, rice bowls and coffee drinks. Their vegetable egg rolls ($4.50 for two) are pretty good with a nice filling. Their fries ($3) are also really good: crispy and addictive.
Is Mimi-Sant’s banh mi good?
Mi-Sant gets rave reviews for its banh mi, but this tofu one was merely passable. The bread is good, but the tofu is chewy and wet with a barely-there flavor. If it were stir-fried and seasoned with curry or deep-fried with salt and pepper, it would have been much tastier.
