Availability
Due to University Guidelines regarding physical distancing, reservation capacity subject to change based on layout and proposed activity. Reservations require advance notice of at least two weeks. Venue is available after 7:30 pm on Friday and Saturday.

Set up must be started after 7:30 pm. Sponsoring group must clean up the venue immediately after the conclusion of the event. There may be restrictions on use, depending on power and staging requests.

The facility can be reserved at no cost if University Catering is used for the food/beverage. Sponsoring group must hire one (1) Catering Supervisor ($20 per hour) and one (1) staff ($10 per hour) to be on site. Additional costs may be incurred from Catering, General Services, and any outside contracted vendors used.
