EGG FOO YOUNG (ALLOW 15 MINUTES)

Made with egg, onion, and cabbage with brown sauce. Served with steamed rice, or substitute fried rice for $1.50. (Please allow 15 minutes to prepare.)

MOO SHU

Made with egg, bamboo shoots, cabbage, and onion. Served with four pancakes and plum sauce.
