Delightful Evening, Great Food, Excellent and Attentive Service (Thank you, Joe!) We enjoyed a delightful evening at Picas West Chester. We were seated in a nice booth where we could enjoy a private conversation.
Is Pica's restaurant worth a visit?
That being said Pica's Restaurant is Highly Recommended! Pica's is supposed to be an iconic pizza place that everyone has to visit. It was crowded when we went and it's a great family place. The pizza menu was huge and so were the sizes of the pizza.
Is pica's open in Upper Darby?
It's West Chester Pica! Finally, after months it seems of looking at what appeared to be a ready to open restaurant, it now is open for take out only. If you are from Delco, you know all about the famous mother ship in Upper Darby. You might have watched Tina Fey bring Jimmy Fallon a box of Pica's pizza awhile back during a Tonight Show visit.
Does Picca's have a pizza?
No Pizza, Tomatoe pie. First time ordering from Picca's. They advertise a pizza but in fact it is a tomato pie. All sauce, no cheese. Thick crust with no taste. Helpful? Perhaps they are giving out gold bars with their food. I have heard nothing but good things about their food, so we decided to try them for the first time.

Aged Italian meats, provolone, balsamic dried tomatoes, roasted beets, shaved red onion, olives, anchovies, egg & pepper shooter
Sandwiches
Applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, shaved red onion & garlic aioli
Salads
Romaine hearts, homemade croutons, Pica’s creamy Italian dressing with shaved parmesan cheese
Homemade Italian Specialties
Thinly sliced eggplant breaded & fried, topped with mozzarella and bolognese sauce.
Sandwiches
Lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, cheddar, and garlic aioli and french fries.
Entrees
Includes bread and butter. Add house salad or cup of soup for an additional charge.
