Our pizzas start with fresh dough made daily at each location. We then top it with our signature pizza sauce that is made from fresh packed vine ripened sweet California tomatoes. We finish with a Wisconsin 100% whole milk mozzarella cheese that is allowed to age to our specifications and then hand shredded.
