History
It was in 1991 when then University of Texas students Dave Paul and Mark Greenberg first became interested in putting up a food business that would focus on chicken wings. They studied the feasibility of such a business until they, together with Sean Greenberg, finally established the first Pluckers Wing Bar restaurant in Rio Grande in 1995.
Review
