Where is the Rainbow Club restaurant located?
The restaurant is located just inside the newly renovated Rainbow Club Casino. Scott is a graduate of the UNLV Culinary Arts program. Scott’s first job in the casino hospitality field was in the kitchen at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House at the MGM Grand, where he worked every position in the kitchen over nine years.
