Where is Bonefish Grill?
Bonefish Grill is an American seafood chain restaurant that was founded by Chris Parker and Tim Curci in January 2000 in St. Petersburg Florida. The two were driven by their passion for catching, preparing and serving freshly caught fish. Their goal was to create a unique dining experience for all of their customers.

Is there cross contamination at a gluten free restaurant?
They even have a specific gluten-free menu which is great and it contains a wide variety of gluten-free dishes. Be aware that they do not guarantee there will be no cross contamination due to a shared cooking environment. However, they do say to let them know before you order if you have any special dietary needs or any food allergies.

We have eaten here 10 or so times in the past few years and the food is really good. Most staff is knowledgeable. There are mess ups sometimes but they make it right. There are options that are not listed on the menu too like shrimp and fish plates
