Trash Heap
Our homage to Rochester, NY's ultimate late night beer sponge. A generous pile of home fried potatoes is topped with a cheeseburger patty and the whole thing is covered in our savory meat sauce. It is served with a side of house-made macaroni salad and a griddle toasted piece of French bread. Any and all condiments go well on a Trash Heap.
Detroit Style Pizza
We have traditionally cooked Detroit style pizzas. They are cooked in square pans with the cheese on top to create the iconic caramelized cheese around the edges. That adds the crunch and flavor that sets Detroit style pizza far ahead of all other styles. Come get a bite of the Motor City in NC.
Buffalo Wings
When a young Buffalonian went to his parents' bar in Buffalo and asked for something to eat for his friends and himself after a night out, an iconic food was born. We thank Teressa for her invention and we are proud to continue serving what she started over 50 years ago.
Beef On Weck
Hot roast beef sandwich on a kummelweck roll with a side of jus and horseradish sauce. Served with a side of hand cut waffle fries seasoned with our proprietary seasoning.
Brat on Brotchen
When we looked for suggestions for our menu, our Wisco friends said that they missed bratwurst the most. Our bratwurst comes with sauerkraut and spicy brown mustard.
