Is Rudys BBQ brisket gluten free?
I called the restaurant ahead of time and they knew their stuff. The only meat not gluten free is the pulled pork. Everything else, including the BBQ sauce is gluten free. We had brisket and ribs, potatoes, beans and coleslaw.

Very nice stuff. Three bean salad: Made with kidney beans, fresh green beans and one other (garbanzo?) in a slightly sweet vinaigrette, it was quite good. A nice, non-traditional side. Rudy's beans: Clearly made from a Ranch Style Beans base, they haven't strayed far enough to be truly outstanding.
