The Chef. RYE is a Chef Driven Restaurant, lead by Chef Nick Morse along side his dedicated Culinary Team. Nick’s passion for food developed at 14 years of age while under the direction of his Step Father Chef JR Schoenfeld at Chives Restaurant in Suamico.

RYE offers a refined dining experience in a stylish urban / rustic setting. Located in the heart of Downtown Appleton next to the CopperLeaf Boutique Hotel. RYE serves lunch and dinner; Monday through Saturday.
