Where is Satu'li Canteen?
Satu'li Canteen in located in Pandora Land near the Avatar attractions so the scenery is quite astonishing. Super long lines but this place is massive and there are plenty of cashiers, therefore it moved along really fast. So no need to freight!#N#When you walk in you place your order with the cashier then pick up your oder from the line.#N#Then you walk to a table and enjoy your food. Like I said, this place is massive so there are PLENTY of tables. Dined here during the holidays and even with the holidays there were plenty of tables available (inside and outside). There are multiple dispensers for drinks and tables for silverware as well.#N#Satu'li Canteen is sort of like a chipotle where you order your protein and pick your base (everything else is selected for you but you can pick and chose what you don't want added). I ordered the beef which comes medium rare. And when I say medium rare, it was literally medium rare! They ask you before hand if that is okay.#N#For the base I chose sweet potatoes & potato chunks. I wanted to pick noodles but had noodles the day prior and wanted something different. In hindsight, I should have chosen the noodles. I saw a couple diners with noodles and it looked delicious. I still thoroughly enjoyed my dish though.#N#Definitely a fan.

Once again Satu'li Canteen is located in Pandora Land near the Avatar attractions so the scenery is astonishing. The lines were short but they are currently only doing mobile order which is super convenient. You order on the app and walk up to pick up. It's that simple!#N#The husband and I ordered a Slow Roasted Sliced Beef bowl over a bed of Noodles with the Charred Green Onion Vinaigrette. I also got a kids menu item which I've heard lots about - the Cheeseburger Steam Pod. It taste exactly as it sounds, a Cheeseburger inside a bao! It was good, but I wouldn't say it's worth $8 good.#N#Overall, would eat here again.

Where is Satu'li canteen?
Satu’li Canteen is located in Animal Kingdom Park in the Land of Avatar (aka Pandora). You will find it across from the Windtraders Shop at the exit of the Flight of Passage ride (best. ride. ever.) Save time by putting your order in on the WDW app. You can just walk up to the front of the line and pick up your order!
What is a Satu'li bowl?
The Satu’li bowl is a “build your own”-type entree. You basically pick a meat option, then a base, and a sauce. Each is topped with the crunchy slaw and a few boba balls. Here are the options: Pick Your Protein: Combination grilled chicken and beef.
How long to cook satu'li?
Roast at 200-degrees for 3-4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 130-degrees. Remove from oven and cover with foil and allow to rest for 30-40 minutes. Using a sharp carving knife, slice into very thin slices to serve over your Satu'li bowls.
Is Satu'li gluten free?
The Satu’li Canteen menu also includes gluten-free, dairy free, egg free, fish free, soy free, and tree nut free options. Pretty much any of the menu items can be made to be allergy friendly.
