Scramble is a fresh look at breakfast and it all begins with using the freshest ingredients around. How we do it is no secret, we pride ourselves on using local farmers and vendors whenever possible. So instead of your eggs being delivered across the country in a truck, they are literally coming from across town.

With over 30 years of restaurant experience our family has opened The Scrambler House to bring O'Fallon the best breakfast and lunch experience to our community. We own and operate Hilary's Roadhouse Diner in Maryland Heights, MO. for the last 5 years.

Our freshly cracked eggs scrambled with a blend of Monterey Jack, cheddar, and cream cheeses. Served with your choice from the bread pantry and a scrambler side. Add-ons for an additional charge. Comes with your choice of sides.
What to feed a group of 4?
Feeds a group of 4! Fresh cracked eggs, mushrooms, chives, fresh spinach and bacon topped with diced tomatoes and melted cheese, skin on potato chunks or fresh cut fruit. Have more than 4 people? You can order as many as you would like (only sold in sets of 4)!
