Things have changed since the buyout
I've loved this place for two decades. Any problems come up and you have a manager on duty who could fix it. They always went above and beyond to fix an order. Now when a postmates driver says they delivered you food (but didn't) the location can't do anything, you have to call the app. Who also can't do anything but refund your money.
Do we get free drinks during your shifts or after you clock out?
A few weeks ago I remember one the cashiers that was working in the day time told me I could get a free cup and get whatever drink I wanted from the fountain machine after I clocked out. I not too sure if he was just trying to be low-key about it or if it's actually something every whataburger does.
