Silver Crest Elementary serves over 1,000 students from K-6. The modern, attractive, two-story building, which opened in August of 2009, features large spacious classrooms, which are equipped with audio enhancement and digital projection systems.

Silver Crest Elementary is located in the rapidly growing city of Herriman. Our students come to us from Riverton City as well as from Herriman.

Children who meet the definition of homeless, runaway, or migrant are eligible for free meals.

Does Hudson School District have healthy meals?
Children need healthy meals to learn. The Hudson School District offers healthy meals every school day. Breakfast and lunch meals are free for all students this school year.
Can foster children get free meals?
Foster children that are under the legal responsibility of a foster care agency or court are eligible for free meals.
Do I need to fill out an application if my child attends a community eligibility provision school?
Do I need to fill out an application if my child attends a community eligibility provision school (CEP)? If your child attends a school that participates in CEP, receipt of free breakfast and lunch meals does not depend on returning this application. However, this information is necessary for other programs and may be used to determine if your household is eligible for additional benefits.
