Starters & Small Plates

Tender bites of brie cheese wrapped in a puff pastry, baked golden brown, and served with a boysenberry-jalapeno jam. Prepare to be kissed!

Entrée Salads

Grilled hearts of romaine topped with a marinated chicken breast, balsamic drizzle, bleu cheese crumbles, toasted pine nuts, and crispy applewood smoked bacon. Comes with a house-made herbed at bread.

Soups

A savory mushroom and leek soup topped with puff pastry and brie cheese.

Sandwiches

Applewood smoked bacon, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, red onions, mixed greens, capital mayo, and Italian Vinaigrette on a toasted ciabatta.

Burgers

Stacked with crispy applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, onion rings, house mayo, and Honey BBQ sauce.

From the Grill

Grilled Atlantic salmon with a caper dill aioli and linguine tossed with a light sauce of lemon, fresh herbs, green onions, grilled kale, sundried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.

Smoked Brisket

We cover our Prime Black Angus Beef in our artisan blend of spices for beef, slow smoke until bark has formed, and hand-carved to serve. Tender and bold enough to stand alone at the dinner table, but perfect for a craft sandwich.

Smoked Duck

We select premium farm-raised ducks that we cover in our rub and slow smoke to enhance the rich, tender duck meat. Look for the beautiful mahogany notes from the smoker, the color speaks for itself.

Smoked Sausage

We smoke our hot and sweet sausage to perfection. Smoking the sausage adds deep notes of smoke and char that enhance the natural flavor built into the sausage blend. The hot sausage is a mild blend, and the sweet sausage is friendly to every pallet.

Smoked Pastrami

We brine Prime Black Angus Beef with our secret recipe, cover in our secret dry rub, slowly smoked, and hand-carved to serve. An art form that few master, our homemade pastrami has beautiful marbling, a tender bite, and a powerful flavor.

Smoked Baby Back Ribs

Slightly leaner and smaller than the St. Louis ribs. We cover these ribs in our artisan blend of spices for pork, smoke until tender and rich, and finish on the grill to perfection. These New York Style Baby Back ribs are sauce optional, and we recommend sauce on the side.

Smoked Wings

We marinate our wings in our secret blend of spices, and then we smoke them to perfection. We pack these wings with flavor, so they do not need sauce – voted best Naked Wing by Wing Wars 2016.
