Spatz is an old fashioned bakery, like one my parents would have loved. It's charming and the people working here are sweet and so are their treats. Love the cupcakes and fresh bread.

Grew up on Spatz products and still enjoying their bread here in TN! So glad the generations have kept the same recipe and quality. From childhood to today, my family has loved Spatz and eaten Spatz Bread! Now our grandchildren come back to MI, and return home loaded down with Spatz bread and goodies!!

They are well known for their toast bread, which freezes quite well and tastes marvelous when toasted. It's an old fashioned bakery with great prices. I'm not a fan of their cookies, but I do love their loaves. Bake on Spatz bake on!
