Where did Chef Leveillee start his career?
Chef Leveillee began his culinary journey at Cook & Brown in Providence, where he was responsible for crafting a daily five-course tasting menu. Following his time in Providence, Chef Leveillee moved to Philadelphia to join award-winning chef Greg Vernick, at the famed Vernick Food + Drink.
When is DeBruce closed?
The DeBruce is closed on Mondays and Tuesday beginning October 11, 2021.
Is breakfast included in the Sanctuary?
For in house guests, breakfast and dinner are included. Breakfast will fuel you up before you venture out on hikes, swims and fly fishing adventures. Picnic lunches are also available to take with you and enjoy on the grounds, in the upper fields, by the pool, or surrounded by the trees in our “Sanctuary” area just beyond our private bridge. Round out the day with a full service dinner in our dining room.
