WHAT IS THE A CANCELLATION FEE?
No refund will be made if the rental agreement is cancelled 90 days or less prior to the affair. Cancellation can be approved by the lessor
HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE FOR MY EVENT?
Contact The Sanctum with your selected dates to check availability, If available you will need to provide the $300 security deposit and half the cost of the room rental. Rental of the entire venue requires a $500 deposit.
