Is pork ribs smoky?
Extremely smoky as well and very very fatty so if you like a leaner cut this may not be for you. Pork ribs (4/5): also a very solid choice to add variety when the beef ribs is not being sold. For me it's still nice and smoky and the flavor is great, but sometimes it can be a bit less tender than I would like.
Is Truth a bbq?
Truth is a LEGIT bbq place where you will have to get in line to get in (you can grab a drink while waiting), and once in you will have access to delicious, mouth watering meat, sides, and smells. Their brisket literally melts in your mouth. I haven't had better brisket than what they serve at Truth.
