What is UIC Flames fare?
A: Flames Fare is a dining bonus purchasing system loaded to your i-card that can be used in specific dining locations only. Flames Fare is sold to students, faculty, and staff in packages with bonus Flames Fare automatically loaded to your i-card. Flames Fare Transactions are always sales tax free.

Can you bring a guest to UIC gym?
All UIC fee paying students and Campus Recreation Members are allowed to register up to five (5) guests for the day by paying a guest fee and filling out a waiver form. Student/Member must accompany the guest(s) into the facility and remain with them at all times.
How does the UIC meal plan work?
UIC Meal Plans 2022/2023 Students may use up to 4 swipes per day with two hour intervals between meals. Meal plans do not include guest swipes. Meal counts reset each Monday. Students may add or increase Flames Fare amount at any time.

How do you use Dragon Dollars UIC?
Additionally, you can use Dragon$ to pay for on-campus printing once you have exhausted your semester printing quota. Dragon Dollar$ are accepted at the following eateries and also in campus Pepsi vending machines or for orders placed via Grubhub Campus and Starship where available: Student Center East.
Where can I use my dragon cash?
Dragon Cash is a declining balance account that can be used for purchases at all UAB dining facilities. Funds in the student's Dragon Cash account will roll over during the terms included in one academic year (i.e. fall to spring to summer).
Is UIC Rec Center free?
Registered non-fee paying UIC students will need to purchase a Campus Recreation Membership to have access to all Campus Recreation Facilities. This includes the Student Recreation Facility, Sport & Fitness Center, and Outdoor Field Complex.
Does UIC have a gym?
The Sport & Fitness Center is the hub of recreational activity on the west campus. The facility is located in the middle of the Illinois Medical District and adjacent to the UIC Student Center West.
