APPETIZERS

Jalapeño Popper Dip — baked cream cheese blended with cheddar cheese and bacon, topped with jalapeño jam, served with grilled sourdough bread $12 (GFO) please allow for a little longer cook time

BURGERS

Burger add ons $1.5 extra for each: Cheddar, Swiss, Pepper-Jack, Bleu Cheese Crumbles, Havarti, White American, Bacon, Avocado, or Fried Egg

Fried Chicken and Gravy- buttermilk fried chicken and fried potatoes smothered in our bacon & sausage gravy ) $15 (extra cup of gravy $2.5)

Monte Cristo- ham, Havarti cheese on Texas toast dipped and fried in French toast batter and served with syrup and a side of fried potatoes $15

Christian Gill debuted his journey of becoming Boomtown Biscuit’s Executive Chef at seven years old in Lexington, Kentucky. Dawning in his grandmother’s kitchen, the quest to create was fostered by the teachings of his mother, grandmother, and later on perfected through experience: trial by knife.

PROPRIETOR PJ NEUMANN

Following his dreams launched in the kitchen of his childhood home, PJ Neumann explored his adventure for taste at a young age, cooking with his mother. PJ cut his teeth in the service industry at fourteen.
