Is Zushi a chain?

Born in Mexico City, Alfonso Tsuyoshi Tomita established Sushi Zushi, a chain of Japanese restaurants based in San Antonio, in May 2001. His career has included stints in retailing, education, publishing and most recently the restaurant industry.

What is LIR sauce?

LIR sauce is our signature sauce for LIR Sushi roll. Named after one of our chefs, it's spicy and slightly sweet sauce that complements seafood very nicely. LIR roll is also one of our most popular rolls that we have.

What is on a Key West roll?

The outside may be sprinkled with fish roe, sesame seeds or other ingredients. Maki may contain pieces of raw or cooked seafood.
