Is 55 south in Franklin TN a good place to eat?
The small donuts were served with a raspberry sauce that was so good I ate it with a spoon, I would highly recommend 55 South when you eat in Franklin. Helpful? Southern Food is the best! My husband and I were visiting Tennessee and stopped in Franklin. Having read the reviews on 55 South we decided to go for dinner. We are so glad we did!

Where are the best lunch spots in Franklin?
55 South is our “go to” downtown Franklin lunch spot, good gumbo, great chargrilled oysters, casual and friendly dinning with wonderful service too. Their menu has something for everyone.

Been coming here for years. Now we come weekly, sometimes 2-3 times per week. The food is AMAZING (Must try the Devil Eggs and the home made pickles) and the drinks will leave you speechless. The entire staff is friendly and AMAZING. Go see Mark, Jenna and Eric at the bar. Each one of them will make you feel at home and as part of the family.
