How many days prior to a wedding can you request food and beverage specifications?
To ensure the proper planning of your event, we request that all food and beverage specifications be received in writing by our office no less that 45 days prior to the date of your first scheduled event.
How many guests can attend a menu tasting?
Menu tastings will be conducted only on events that are confirmed with executed contracts. A maximum of (6) guests will be permitted to attend the tasting depending on the event. A $75 tasting fee will be assessed to the final invoice once the event has concluded.
