When did the bagel boss open?

1976 was the year Bagel Boss opened our first store in Hicksville, Long Island. My father Mel and I, with the help of my two younger brothers, Jerry and Adam, helped transform the bagel business to what it is today - 5 generations of bialy and bagel bakers from Bialystok Poland bringing the finest quality of products to you today.
