The Bittersweet Café has the ability to cultivate fresh ingredients found close to home to create unique dishes with outstanding flavor. Our grass fed meats, free range chickens and eggs are locally raised, along with our farm fresh produce- some of which grows in our gardens.
BITTERSWEET BREAKFAST SANDWICH
Our homemade English muffin is served lightly toasted with either our rosemary mustard sausage or crispy bacon, a perfect Footprints Farm egg and is topped with our blend of provolone and white cheddar. It is served with our spicy red pepper jelly and our house mustard on the side.

We serve our crisp buttermilk Belgian waffle with fresh seasonal fruit, whipped cream and Sechler’s local maple syrup
