Seasonal Selections
As the seasons change each year, we work with our wine merchants to bring you interesting wines that complement the fresh flavors available that time of year. We select these wines to provide our guests with both great value and to introduce them to some interesting new wines they may not have had an opportunity to try before.
White Wine
Light straw in colour, this fruit driven Chardonnay displays ripe peach and toasty oak aromas. A fresh palate of buttery ferment characters, creamy yeast and vanillan oak, finishing long, soft and well rounded.
Rosé Wine
187 ml split. A dry rosé with hints of strawberry and spice. Grenache and Syrah.
Red Wine
Dark currant and luscious blackberry flavors are backed by firm acidity and fresh tannins. Plush midpalate, with a creamy and well-spiced finish.
Sparkling Wine
A bright, zesty Prosecco, with blood orange and mango fruit notes, offering accents of ground anise and slivered almond.
