The spicy rigatoni is a must order. If you like meatballs, I would recommend giving an order of it but the Carbone experience already includes a variety of small bites that are quite filling. The spicy rigatoni I feel is their star dish and main attraction. The pasta itself is perfectly al dente and the sauce is unmatched.
